Let's be clear here too. Without accountants, those pesky theatre building payments wouldn't happen on time. Without lawyers, those equity CONTRACTS that are so dang important wouldn't exist, and without sysadmins, the whole planet would stop turning in a matter of 200000000 CPU cycles.
My actor seems to forget that for every thespian (successful or not) out there, there are 300 people on the planet that are working for a living. Those people cannot sleep til noon, don't have the luxury of getting into snits with their peers and cannot stomp out of a business meeting if they feel they have been insulted. We working people have to audition too; every week I have to sit in front of my boss and tell him what I did to earn him money that week, and this is why I am allowed to keep my job when others are laid off.
Sorry actors (and musicians, and other performers) YOU AREN'T SPECIAL, you only think you are, the rest of us grit our teeth around your egos. I don't want to disparage actors' talent or their willingness to work (work ethic), because many actors have both of those things. BUT I work with people that INVENTED things like disk drives and computer memory, and their egos are smaller than 90% of the actors' egos. The smartest and most accomplished people that I know in my field are also the humblest.
Actors, you may find that the really smart people around you refer to you as "talent".. THIS IS AN INSULT. you are the PRODUCT that is helping to make them rich. Don't confuse applause and adulation for a paycheck, because if they really loved you.. they'd PAY you and they'd treat you with professional respect.

thanks.. I am done ranting.
